- Service Providers: the CRM may share your information with service providers to enable the provision of the Services and the activities of the CRM and its Affiliates.
- Partners: when necessary to provide the contracted Services or hold events, the CRM may share data with business or technology partners. This sharing is intended to ensure the operation of the features offered, the continuity of the Services, and/or the pursuit of legitimate interests.
- Affiliates or Companies in the Same Corporate Group: the CRM may share data with companies in the same group, including Affiliates, to provide our Services, improve our operations, and pursue legitimate business purposes, including marketing activities.
- Public Authorities: the CRM may share personal data with public authorities, such as Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or other government entities, in response to formal requests or court orders, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations or support its defense in administrative or judicial proceedings.
- Third-Party Applications: the CRM may make third-party applications such as Google, Microsoft, and Meta/WhatsApp available through its Services, along with integration APIs, widgets, or extensions. Information obtained by the CRM when a Client connects a third-party application is handled under this policy. Information collected by the third-party application provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policies, and the Client is responsible for reviewing those terms or policies. Carefully read the privacy policies that apply to the website or application you are visiting to understand how it collects and processes your data. Users may revoke application permissions in their account settings or disconnect the application from the CRM.
When sharing is necessary, the company adopts appropriate measures to ensure that the shared information is processed only for the specified purposes.
